Privacy statement
This website is informational. It has no user accounts and does not collect data about visitors in the background. The only form is the contact form, whose processing is described below.
Who is the data controller
The data controller is the Horizons of Voice Association (Udruga Horizonti glasa). The Association’s details and contact email can be found in the footer of every page.
What data we collect
We only receive data if you contact us yourself, via the contact form or by email. When you write to us — for example, to send a question for Prof. Sisskin — we process your email address and the content of your message, solely in order to reply to you and to prepare answers for the workshop and the lecture.
Contact form and membership application
The contact form has two message types. For an inquiry, we process your full name, email address, subject and message. For a membership application, we process your full name, OIB, date of birth and email address, as well as whether you need a promo code for the ARTS lecture. The data is used solely to reply to your inquiry or to process your membership, and the legal basis is your consent and taking steps at your request prior to membership. The website does not store it in a database: the message is forwarded by email to the Association and exists only in the Association’s mailbox.
Protecting the form from automated submissions
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the message is being sent by a person and not by an automated program. In doing so, Cloudflare may process technical data about your browser and your IP address, as a separate data controller, in accordance with its own privacy statement.
Storage in your browser
The website does not save data about your visit in your browser’s storage. The website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising.
Buying tickets
Tickets are sold through Adriaticket. By clicking the purchase button you leave this website and go to their system, which is a separate data controller for the data you enter there, with its own terms and privacy statement. We do not see or store any payment data.
How long we keep data
We keep correspondence related to the conference for as long as its purpose lasts, and no longer than one year after the event. After that, we delete it. We keep data from membership applications for as long as your membership in the Association lasts, in line with the Association’s legal obligations.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- request access to the data we hold about you
- request its correction or deletion
- restrict or object to its processing
- lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP)
